Sebastian Raisch receives the Best Developmental Reviewer Award from the Academy of Management Review
Professor Sebastian Raisch received the Best Developmental Reviewer Award from the Academy of Management Review for his exemplary performance at the top-tier journal.
Each year, the Academy of Management recognizes authors and reviewers of articles that were published in the previous year in each of its six journals. The prize is awarded to authors and reviewers who advance the mission of the publication; contribute ideas that are original, important, and provocative to the field of management, and provide timely, development reviews. Developmental reviewers focus on the text as well as the author’s ideas, and are committed to assisting authors to clarify and articulate issues.
Professor Raisch’s research focuses on stability and change in corporate development, especially large firms. He has previously worked on artificial intelligence, corporate growth and decline, and organizational paradox. Currently, his interest lies in the “digital revolution” and how it affects organizations as well as our lives.
