Registration

By validating the registration form for an activity offered by the UNIGE Library, you agree to:

• Attend the activity in its entirety
• Have any prerequisites indicated in the activity description
• Inform the trainers as soon as possible if you can no longer take part in the activity

Personal data

By confirming your registration for an activity offered by the UNIGE Library, you agree that:

• The UNIGE Library saves the personal data you have entered in the activity registration forms
• The UNIGE Library will use this data in an anonymized form to produce reports on its activities

By confirming your registration, you are assured that:

• The UNIGE Library will not pass on your personal information to third parties
• The UNIGE Library will do its utmost to protect your data against accidental or fraudulent leaks
• The UNIGE Library will delete all data concerning you as soon as the reports for which this data is kept have been produced, within a maximum period of 2 years after the data was entered in the registration forms

Special conditions

The UNIGE Library reserves the right to:

• Cancel activities with insufficient registrations
• Adapt teaching methods (face-to-face, hybrid or distance learning) according to circumstances
• Sanction or exclude any person whose behavior is unacceptable or seriously prejudicial to the interests of the University of Geneva
