Ramiro Tau

Ramiro Tau obtained his doctorate in psychology from the National University of La Plata, Argentina, with a thesis on the development of children's understanding of death, funded by the National Council for Scientific Research (CONICET) and directed by Alicia Lenzi and José Antonio Castorina. Since 2004, he has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and since 2014 at postgraduate level. In 2012 he was appointed Assistant Professor of Genetic Psychology and in 2015 Assistant Professor of Current Currents in Psychology (UNLP, Argentina). In 2017, he began a postdoctoral research stay at the Jean Piaget Archives. He has also carried out postdoctoral research at the University of Neuchâtel (2018-2021) and the École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (2021-2023). He is currently a research associate at the Centre Jean Piaget, a lecturer at the Institute of Psychology at the University of Neuchâtel and a member of the board of the Jean Piaget Foundation for Psychological and Epistemological Research. His research focuses on the development of children's knowledge, the history of psychology and education.
