I am currently working as senior researcher at the Swiss Federal University for Vocational Education and Training where I am pursuing my research on motivation and emotion.

My current projects investigate how empathy influence the relationship between teachers and students in the education and vocational training field. I also investigate how students with high intellectual potential motivate themselves in vocational training and how to prevent dropouts.

The interdisciplinarity of the CISA allowed me to get access to different fields of research […] and tools which was an asset for my career.

Put collaboration first, not competition. Going through the difficulties of doing research alone is not a smart choice, being supportive with each other is.
