GENERAL INFORMATION
I am Associate Professor of Human Development at Brigham Young University in the School of Family Life and am the director of the Center for Emotion and Cognition. I received a Ph.D. in Psychological Sciences from the University of California, Merced in 2018. My work broadly focuses on emotions and how they relate to the development of social cognition in infants and children. I also study the role of context in emotion perception.
