Swiss Territorial Data Lab (STDL)

Introduction

Infrastructure nationale de données géographiques (INDG) funded project - Partner (200KCHF/year). This project aims at developing a set of data science tools for analysing various spatial data (Lidar, satellite, hyperspectral, land register). STDL explores the possibilities provided by data science to improve, supplement or enrich official geo-information. Specific case studies are carried out at the request of actors or institutions in Switzerland. Method used:  Analysis of various geodata, image analyses, statistical analyses, machine learning. Expected result:  Automatic detection of changes in the environment, objects recognition. (https://www.stdl.ch/)
