By studying computer science in our department, you will be placed at the heart of human activities and you will open doors to sectors as diverse as scientific research, the economy, public authorities, industry, administration, but also the legal world, art, science, services, medicine, the environment, humanitarian aid and banking.
The Department of Computer Science offers the following courses:
- BACHELOR IN COMPUTER SCIENCE
- BACHELOR IN MATHEMATICS, COMPUTING AND DIGITAL SCIENCES (with the Mathematics Section)
- BACHELOR COMPUTATIONAL SCIENCES
- MASTER IN COMPUTER SCIENCE 120 ECTS
- MASTER IN MATHEMATICS, COMPUTER AND DIGITAL SCIENCE (with the Mathematics Section)
- BI-DISCIPLINARY MASTER IN SCIENCE
- COMPLEMENTARY CERTIFICATE IN COMPUTER SCIENCE 30 ECTS
The Department of Computer Science is also part of the Centre Universitaire d'Informatique (CUI).
The CUI is an interfaculty center for research and teaching in computer science at the University of Geneva. It associates all the faculties which have a research and teaching activity in connection with computer sciences.
