Doctoral program in Law

 The doctoral program in Law is intended primarily for doctoral students in law affiliated with CUSO member and partner universities. Its goal is to improve the conditions for the completion of the doctoral thesis by promoting contacts between researchers in a stimulating research environment.

Various activities (methodological, thematic, interdisciplinary and professional) are organized each year by professors and researchers from the Universities of Fribourg, Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel as well as the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. The list of proposed activities is regularly updated and members registered in the programme are kept informed when new activities are posted online.
