Doctoral program in Philosophy

The Doctoral Program in Philosophy aims to offer our doctoral students support in their scientific training and for their thesis work, but also to broaden their competences to other fields of philosophy than their specialized field of research, as well as to methodological, linguistic, and practical skills that they will be able to use later on.

Thus, the goal of the Doctoral Program is to cover as wide a disciplinary field as possible, in order to offer all doctoral students, whatever their research specialization, a training, and to find a truly interesting and profitable contribution to their work.

The Doctoral Programme also aims to establish and strengthen links and contacts between these young researchers, as well as with members of the Swiss and international scientific community.
