Notre Faculté de droit a le plaisir d’accueillir le Professeur Henry E. Smith (Harvard Law School/HLS) dans le cadre de l’accord d’échanges académiques qu’elle a avec HLS. Le Prof. Smith a fait une présentation sur le thème Restatement and the Common Law à l’invitation du CETEL (Centre d'étude, de technique et d'évaluation législatives (CETEL)) qui a été introduite par le Prof. Alexandre Flückiger et suivie de commentaires de la Prof. Doris Forster.
