4 February 2016 : Conference "Le maintien de la paix et de la sécurité internationales et la gestion des ressources en eau"
The Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of the University of Carthage, in collaboration with the Platform for International Water Law and the Geneva Water Hub organise a conference on “Le maintien de la paix et de la sécurité internationales et la gestion des ressources en eau”.
Laurence Boisson de Chazournes will present an introductory report on “L’eau et la sécurité collective”, Mara Tignino will also intervene on the topic of “Les conflits sur l’eau et le droit international humanitaire and Komlan Sangbana on « La contribution des institutions de bassin au maintien de la paix et de la sécurité internationales : le cas de la Commission du bassin du Lac Tchad ».
The event will take place at the University of Carthage on 4 February 2016 from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
