Mara Tignino est invitée à intervenir à la Table-ronde régionale sur : “Strenghtening Public Participation in Transboundary Water Management: Exploring the Synergies of the Espoo, Helsinki and Aarhus Conventions” qui a lieu à Tirana (Albanie).
Ses interventions portent sur les thèmes “Introduction of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (Espoo Convention) and the Convention on the Protection and Use of Transboundary Watercourses and International Lakes (Helsinki Convention)” et “The Role of Public Participation in the Implementation and Support of the Espoo and Helsinki Conventions and Synergies with the Aarhus Convention”.
La Table-ronde est organisée par l’Organisation pour la sécurité et la cooperation en Europe (OSCE), l’Initiative Environnement et Sécurité (ENVSEC) et l’Agence autrichienne pour le développement .
