Professor Jacques de Werra appointed visiting professor at Harvard Law School

Professor Jacques de Werra, Professor of Law of Obligations (Contract Law) and Intellectual Property Law at our Law School and Director of the Digital Law Center, has been appointed Charles Hieken Visiting Professor in Patent Law at Harvard Law School to teach an intensive course in January 2024 (winter term 2024) on International Intellectual Property Transactions (he taught this course online in January 2022). This appointment is connected to the cooperation between our Faculty and Harvard Law School, which in particular institutes exchanges of studients and professors between the Faculties.
