Philippe Gilliéron has been practicing as a Swiss IP/IT lawyer for over 20 years. His clients range from start-ups to multinational companies.

Author of more than 50 publications including 5 books, most of which deal with the challenges posed by digital technology in relation to intellectual property rights, he has been teaching in these fields as an associate professor at the Universities of Lausanne and Fribourg since 2006.
