Dr. Moreau holds a PhD in Economics and conducts research on the digital economy, culture, innovation and intellectual property. At the University Sorbonne Paris Nord, he teaches the disciplines Economics of Innovation, Law and Economics of Contracts, Cultural and Digital Economics, and Music and Digital Industry: Creation and Appropriation of Value.

He also belongs to the LabEx ICCA (Laboratoire d'Excellence Industries Culturelles et Création Artistique).
