Yves Bauer is a former doctoral assistant for Intellectual Property and Innovation Research Center [PI] 2 of the University of Neuchâtel. His fields of interest and study are intellectual property and personal data protection, or more generally the interaction between law and technology. Mr. Bauer is currently writing a thesis on how the Internet phenomenon challenged the general regulation of both branches during the last 30 years.
