Institutional measures

1. The start of the heating season is postponed to 15 October, except in special situations or in cas of an exceptionally cold weather.
2. The heating temperatures are limited to 20° in administrative, educational and scientific buildings.
3. Auxiliary heaters are prohibited.
4. Hot water distribution will be suspended wherever possible.
5. Night lighting in all buildings are switched off, both indoor and outdoor.
6. Optimisation of ventilation.
7. Reinforcement and acceleration of energy efficiency investments.
