Dr Pauline Vetter
Presentation title: Clinical primer Arboviruses – in Europa and on a global scale
Pauline Vetter, an infectiologist (FMH infectiology and DTMH from the LSHTM), is currently an assistant physician in the Infectious Diseases Department and deputy director of the HUG's Emerging Viral Diseases Centre.
She is responsible for the clinical aspects of the centre, the link with existing diagnostic structures and surveillance activities. Dr Vetter has experience of field missions in the field of Ebola and other viral pathologies. She has expertise in clinical virology, particularly with regard to new antiviral treatments.
She is also leading a number of research projects in the field of viral diseases.
