Taking on a sociocultural approach to the life course and the theme of (im)mobility, her research will focus on diaries written over a period of twenty years. This longitudinal perspective aims to explore how three different global crises (political, financial, health) have been experienced at a micro level, how it affects mobility trajectories and the imagination of the diarists who narrate their daily life and give personal meaning to global event.
