International Conference on Working Memory in Leeds

International Conference on Working Memory in Leeds

In June, Naomi Langerock, Evie Vergauwe and Johanna Hein took part in the International Conference on Working Memory in Leeds. Evie Vergauwe gave a talk on two families of focus of attention effects.

Naomi Langerock presented two posters, one on developmental shifts in working memory control, the other one on working memory span and cognitive load effects in action video game players. Our former lab member, Caro Hautekiet presented her work done in Geneva on prioritization in working memory and Johanna Hein presented work done during her Master studies on individual differences in distrability and their relation to working memory capacity.

We got to connect with many working memory researchers and enjoyed our time at the conference!
