The final meeting of the MERCURO project was held the 4th of December 2015 in Bucharest (Romania).

The final meeting of the MERCURO project was held the 4^th of December 2015 in Bucharest (Romania). Scientists from both countries (Geoecomar and UNIGE) involved in the project presented the final results in presence of representatives of the ministry of the environment and the water agency of Romania. MERCURO stands for Mercury threat in industrially impacted surface water bodies in Romania. The project has started in 2013 and is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation within the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme.
