The doors of the Ancienne École de Médecine will open to everyone! Saturday, 1st October 10am to 6pm.
The historic Ancienne École de Médecine, home to several divisions of the Physics department at the University of Geneva, has a brand new extension, and to celebrate we are opening the doors for everyone to come and visit! A free event, this is an opportunity for both young and old to look around the state-of-the-art laboratories, meet the researchers who work there, and learn from the many fun exhibitions and activities which will be available throughout the day.
More specifically for younger participants (8-15 years), a treasure hunt will be available, as well as a "Show en Physique" -- 45 minutes of fun activities by the Physiscope.
Come down to see the exhibitions available; including Lasers, Quantum Materials, and many, many more!
