Reconceptualizing human rights in the face of climate change
Our colleague Elena Cima just published an article in the Review of European, Comparative & International Environmental Law (RECIEL).
The article explores the implications of the recognition of a stand-alone substantive right to a healthy environment in the context of climate change, arguing that such a recognition could help incorporate key environmental principles in the human rights system and facilitate its application to climate change impacts.
