Ranocchiari Simone
After an interdisciplinary career in architecture, sociology and geography, Simone Ranocchiari obtained a PhD in geography at the University of Lausanne, under the supervision of Christophe Mager, with a thesis on urban commons in Rome. He is currently a post-doctoral fellow at the GEDT Institute of the University of Geneva. In addition to his research activities, he teaches in the master in territorial development (joint master between the UNIGE and the HES-SO). |
Research interests
Urban studies, cultural geography, urban planning, social movements, biographical approaches, right to the city.
