Upcoming meeting: safeguarding ukrainian heritage

The Geneva Heritage Lab hosted by the GEDT is inviting you to its second meeting which will take place on november 3rd from 17h15 to 18h30 at Uni Mail (M6020).

This initiative aims to connect academics, professionals, and associations working on a wide range of natural and cultural heritage issues.

The main issue discussed at this event will be the safeguarding of Ukrainian culture and heritage in times of war. The invited speakers are : our collaborator Vira Orlovska, a representative of the International alliance for the protection of heritage in conflict areas (ALIPH), and Olesia Milovanova, a Director of the Luhansk museum that was evacuated to Lviv after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
