Problem Witness - Deforestation

Imagine not knowing whether your home is still going to be there the next day or if it's going to get destroyed. That's what animals have to go through every second of their life. We are wiping out homes, families, and lives. These habitats that we're destroying are essential in order for an organism to survive. For an animal, that means everything. In a way, we aren't just hurting the animals and their habitats we're also hurting ourselves too. According to the National Geographic half of the world's oxygen is produced by photosynthesis on land by trees, shrubs, grasses, and other plants. This shows how important our vegetation is, it's what we need to survive. This planet is in our hands, if we don't care for it, it's over for the human race.
