GEMFIN Students Develop their Leadership Skills in the Swiss Alps
Carrying on the GEMFIN (Master of Advanced Studies in Finance) tradition, our new cohort participated in a unique Leadership Retreat in the Swiss Alps.
Taking place in the beautiful village of Saanen-Gstaad, the retreat was a wonderful opportunity for the students to step outside of their daily classroom life in a peaceful environment for a creative and innovative learning experience.
Guided by Prof. Lukasz Bochenek from Leidar, they designed a campaign aligned with their bank's North Star, learned how to use storytelling for impactful communications, and were interviewed for the “media”. They then worked to develop their international communications and negotiations skills with Prof. Dr. Kasia Jagodzinska.
