Demain, L'UNIGE

An interactive public event showcasing the projects developed by the university community to transform the University of Geneva (UNIGE) and the opportunity to talk directly to those who have brought them to fruition.

In 2023, over a hundred students, staff, and professors took part in two innovation programs offered by the Digital Transformation Office. The resulting projects cover cybersecurity, 3D printing, interactive web, chatbots, accessibility, and more.


Members of the GSEM are participating in two projects:

Project 213 - Monitoring the welfare of animals used in experiments
Dr. Marta Pittavino is part of the team that developed a digital tracking sheet to be used to collect and store information, as well as analyze this information using statistical tools.

Project 2302 - Project Automatic and anonymous verification of student attendance at exams
Dr. Oumaima Ajmi and Bastien Fioretti contributed to the development of a mobile application to authenticate students, automatically produce attendance sheets, and generate statement sheets with a random QR code for anonymous exams.
