Dubious green funds are rampant in America. New research suggests Wall Street is banking on bogus claims

Research by GSEM Professors Rajna Gibson Brandon and Philipp Krüger has been featured in an article by The Economist. Their paper, Do Responsible Investors Invest Responsibly?, has been published in the Review of Finance and examines whether institutional investors that commit to responsible investing, exhibit better portfolio-level environmental, social, and governance (ESG) scores.
