The GSEM publishes its 2022 annual report

The annual report published by the Geneva School of Economics and Management (GSEM) reflects the year 2022. It presents the School's activities, commitments, and developments in the fields of teaching, research, and services to the community.

For the GSEM, 2022 was a year of assessment, consolidation, and development. The School was able to substantially progress with implementing its strategy, which focuses on becoming a leading school that educates responsible leaders for a diverse and changing society by building on its Geneva Advantage.

The student body remains one of the most diverse among business schools, with 45% female students and 44% international students. The GSEM's faculty members and researchers published 22 articles in top-tier journals, obtained major grants from the Swiss National Science Foundation and EU, and received numerous awards and nominations.

The GSEM increased its faculty’s diversity and further strengthened its academic competence, research, and visibility by recruiting several new faculty members. Following its redesign, the Executive Master of Business Administration program welcomed its first cohort, and due to the improved situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, student mobility increased both for outgoing and incoming student exchange.

The annual report offers information about the GSEM’s advancements in teaching, research, and innovation. It provides an overview of developments and key figures; highlights the achievements of the School, its Faculty, and students; and invites us to relive the highlights of the School's year.
