Olivier Scaillet recognized by the Journal of Econometrics

Professor Olivier Scaillet has been recognized for his academic contributions to the top-tier Journal of Econometrics.

For his expertise in the field of evaluating peer work submitted to the journal, he has been appointed Associate Editor. At the journal, Professor Scaillet served as Associate Editor from 2017 to 2022 and has now been reappointed until 2025.

In addition, due to his multiple publications in the journal, he has been nominated Fellow.

First published in 1973, the Journal of Econometrics features high-quality research in theoretical and applied econometrics including estimation, testing, and prediction issues encountered in economic research.

Olivier Scaillet is Professor of Finance and Statistics at the Geneva Finance Research Institute and is a senior chair at the Swiss Finance Institute. His research expertise ranges from derivatives pricing, econometric theory, and econometrics applied to finance and insurance.
