Rajna Gibson Brandon receives the SWW Women Award

Professor Rajna Gibson Brandon received the SWW Women Award from the Jury at an awards ceremony held on 23 March 2023.

Hosted by the Swiss Who’s Who, the event celebrated the seven remarkable Swiss women nominated for the award. In addition, attendees were able to participate in a debate around the theme “Women’s power for change: don’t just digitize, humanize”.

A recognizable figure in finance and academia, Rajna Gibson Brandon is Professor of Finance at the Geneva School of Economics and Management since 2008 and is the founder and director of the Geneva Finance Research Institute between 2009 and 2016. She is now Chairwoman and Managing Director of the Geneva Institute of Wealth Management. From 2007 until 2015, she was Head of Research at the Swiss Finance Institute. She is also Member of the Board of Directors of the Swiss National Bank.
