Marc-André Raetzo is internal medicine board certified. He has been working for the past 30 years in the field of clinical reasoning and decision analysis. His book about strategies in ambulatory medicine has been reedited four times. 

To train and test clinical reasoning, he developed a simulator that is now integrated in the teaching at the University of Geneva www.sim-vips.ch

He founded in 1990 a medical network that lowered costs www.reseau-delta.ch. This result was based on continuous medical education in clinical reasoning and decision analysis.
