Registration for conference meals has now CLOSED

Non-presenting delegates can register to join the audience but cannot sign up for meals.

Please complete the registration form above, noting that you are exempt from meals. The conference fee is NOT payable if meals are not taken. By completing the registration form, you will give us an accurate total number of conference participants.
