Research Interests / Recherches

Assistant in contemporary literature, I hold an MA in Comparative Literature from the University of Geneva and I was a visiting research student at St John’s College, Oxford University. I am currently working on a PhD Thesis titled “Reading Bodies in Contemporary Refugee Narratives and Dance”, in which I explore the relationship between creative forms of knowledge and the representation of what it means to live outside of the nation-state. I am broadly interested in the literature and theory of refugees and migration; the body and embodied knowledge in literature; the dialogue of literature with other forms of media such as performance and dance, as well as critical theory.
