Deborah Madsen: interview about recent US Supreme Court rulings
On 24 June 2022 the US Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health effectively overturned the right to reproductive freedom which was upheld by the decision in Roe v. Wade (1973). Professor Madsen was questioned about the implications of this historic overturning of legal precedent for women's rights and civil rights in the US now and the future.
