Studying part-time in the Faculty of Humanities
Students generally have six semesters to complete a Bachelor of Art’s program (BA) and three semesters to complete a Master’s program (MA).
However, the Faculty can extend the deadline for students who require more time due to work or family commitments, medical treatment or disabilities.
Students who are studying part-time can take double the time to complete their program. They can register for a limited number of modules (1), but they must still acquire a certain number of credit (2) each year, as specified in the BA and MA rules and regulations:

- To obtain a BA, students must acquire a total of 180 ECTS credits, which are equivalent to a minimum of six semesters of full-time studies.
- The duration of a BA program is limited to a maximum of 12 semesters.
