I am a Ph.D. candidate in Linguistics  at the University of Geneva, Switzerland.   I specialize in Syntax. My main areas of interest are  theoretical and comparative syntax and  the syntax of Semitic languages. My dissertation focuses on relative clauses and other subordinate clauses  in Tigrinya, a Semitic language  spoken in Eritrea and Ethiopia.
