Abstract submission guidelines, and informations about posters

• Please use this LaTeX template (tex file) to submit your talk abstract (also valid for your poster abstract)
• It is allowed to make both an oral presentation and present a poster.
• Hardcopy of your poster requested! Size: Vertical format, preferably/max. A0
• We will provide display boards.
• Presenters can begin displaying their posters on Sept 10, 2024, 08.00 a.m.
• The posters will be displayed the whole day.
