Yaw Ofosu-Kusi

Yaw Ofosu-Kusi, is Senior Lecturer of social studies and economics at the Department of Social Studies, University of Education, Winneba, Ghana.

He undertook his doctoral studies in the Department of Applied Social Studies at the University of Warwick, UK, on the making of an 'adjustment generation' through considering the experiences of children migrating to Accra, Ghana.

During his field research he has spent much time in dialogue with street children in refuges, drop-in centres and meeting places and on the streets, road junctions, markets and transit stations where they work and sleep. He has also developed considerable experience of researching children in demanding circumstances.
