Time-lapse recording of a C.elegans embryo (tubulin::YFP strain)

This sequence corresponds to a 4D recontruction made from 120 stacks of 12 slices each (Imaris software). The time interval was 45 seconds with only 1% of 488 laser. This film was acquired with a Leica SP8 confocal microscope (demo system). (Image source:© Gotta group & Bioimaging staff, CMU)
