Histology Core Facility

Dear Users,

In order to better fits your needs in terms of quality of reception and quality of work, the microtomy laboratory of the Histology Core Facility is now located in room D02.1553.a

All activities requiring ventilation such as dehydration and the various staining and immunohistochemistry batteries as well the two cryostats are located in F06.2970.a.

When you book on PPMS you will find the room number corresponding to each equipment.

Histology Core Facility is a Platform intended to help researhc groups needing to integrate an histological part into their projects.

 The lab technicians perform the following tasks:

• Samples handling
• Dehydration
• Coating
• Cut (paraffin and cryosections)
• Glass slide mounting
• Basic and special stains

But also

• Training of researchers and technicians in histology techniques.
• Discussion and advice for researchers to help them find the most suitable protocolsfor their projects
• Establishment of quotes on request
