  • Swiss multicenter randomized clinical trial OCTOPLUS, funded by the SNSF, which compares the diagnostic performance of radiography, low-dose CT and thoracic ultrasound in pneumonia in the elderly.
  • Descriptive study of the relationship between oral examination and pneumonia in the elderly (GEROBIOTA study).
  • European NOSEVAC project, aiming at identifying bacterial antigens capable of promoting colonization of the upper airways, protective factors in human upper airway and developing new nasal vaccines: a sub-study in patients over 60y old.
