Brief description: This project investigates the nature and the reproducibility of functional brain network changes in a mouse model of temporal lobe epilepsy (kainate model). Epicranial EEG was collected from 29 animals at different stages: baseline, and on two consecutive days at the chronic stage. The raw data, the code and the plotting template are publicly available.
