During the annual PhD retreat of life science students, two PhD students from the Department of cell physiology and metabolism won an award.

The Best Flash Talk Award went to Marta Balkota from the laboratory of Pr. Pierre Maechler for her presentation entitled “Metabolic mapping of the aging mouse brain using in situ enzymatic activity assay”.

The Best Poster Award went to Kevin Assoumou from the laboratory of Pr. Miriam Stoeber for his poster entitled "'Regulation of Opioid Receptor Anterograde Trafficking".
