Mental disorders have a strong impact on humanity and society, without sparing the younger generations. The lack of knowledge inhibits the emergence of means to improve life trajectories. The mission of the Synapsy Centre for Neuroscience and Mental Health Research is to solve this through research, training and knowledge transfer. Its research strategy is to push collaboration between medical and basic research in order to advance treatment and diagnosis.
