I am a PhD student in the environmental physical-chemistry group at the Department F.-A. Forel for environmental and aquatic sciences. I did a bachelor in chemistry and a master in environmental sciences. Our main objective is to study the behavior of metal oxide nanoparticles (NPs) and nanoplastic particles in aquatic systems, and evaluate how NPs and nanoplastics can be effectively removed from drinking water through water treatment processes to prevent health risks associated with nanoparticles.
