Interreg France-Switzerland is a European Union program co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Swiss Confederation and the cantons, to support European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) as part of the European cohesion policy. The latter aims to strengthen economic, social and territorial cohesion by reducing development differences between European regions.
This program is part of a long-standing tradition of partnership between French and Swiss border territories. It finances projects that benefit this area of cooperation on both sides of the border.
