EP PerMed is organising a symposium on the Ethical Legal and Social Aspects of personalised medicine. The event will be held in a hybrid format. Registration is now open.

The aim is to address the main ethical challenges in personalised medicine research in order to raise awareness and train researchers by addressing ELSA issues in personalised medicine from a macro approach (ethics of new technologies) to a specific approach (ethics, legal issues, privacy issues and artificial intelligence (AI) in personalised medicine).

The next Joint Transnational Call of EP PerMed is expected for the end of 2024 / early 2025. The aim of the European Partnership for Personalised Medicine (EP PerMed)is to improve health outcomes within sustainable healthcare systems through research, development, innovation and implementation of personalised medicine approaches for the benefit of patients, citizens, and society.

EP PerMed as a coordination platform brings together European as well as international, national and regional ministries and funding organisations, agencies and authorities, joining forces on several levels and sectors.
