After a MA in political theory at the University of Pavia and a PhD in political philosophy at the University of South Wales, Francesco Chiesa has been involved in both research, administrative and teaching activities at the Universities of Pavia, Milano, Dundee and Trento.
He has acquired experience in research project writing for national and international calls for funding and in research ethics and integrity. His research interests include theories of recognition; respect, toleration and self-respect; implicit bias; moral responsibility; citizenship, pluralism and multiculturalism.
